ORDERS AND PROCESSING

  1. Can I also place my order by telephone?

  4. How can I track my order status?
    A tracking service is available for parcels sent via DHL. The confirmation of shipment that we will e-mail you will contain a link and a tracking code. You can use this tracking code to track the status of your delivery by following the link. We regret this service is not available for small items that are sent in an envelope.

RETURNS

  1. What is the procedure for returns?
    If you want to return an ordered item, please contact us. Please send an e-mail to info@wesco-shop.de or contact us by telephone: 040 - 22630727
    We will then send you an e-mail with a returns label in the attachment. Please print out the label and attach it to the parcel you are returning. The parcel can be sent from your nearest post office.
  2. How will I receive my money back if I return an item?
    The purchase price will be refunded after we have received the returned goods. Depending on your chosen method of payment, we will refund the purchase price as follows:
  • For payments in advance the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
  • For credit card payments the amount will be credited to your credit card account or to your bank account.
